SOPleased makes non-clinical, everyday training for frontline work: check-in, room turnover, visitor sign-in, receiving a delivery, opening a register, hand-hygiene reminders.
We refuse these tasks
- Medication dosing or administration; clinical procedures (injections, IV, wound care, diagnosis, triage).
- Anything illegal, or ways to evade inspections or the law.
- Weapons or drugs.
- Covert surveillance of employees.
- Screening or treating people differently by race, religion, sex, age, disability or any other protected trait.
- Step-by-step operating procedures for hazardous energy or chemicals (for example lockout/tagout, mixing chemicals) or for licensed equipment (for example driving a forklift). Awareness tasks are allowed, such as "check the forklift zone before crossing".
Allowed with a note
- Tasks tied to a certification (for example food handling, safe lifting) are allowed. The SOP footer then reads: "This SOP supports, and does not replace, the training or certification your site requires."
Personal information
- Do not enter names, contact details or other personal information about staff, guests, patients, students or customers.
- We remove emails, phone numbers, street addresses and links from task text before it reaches the AI.
Fair use
- One workspace per licence. No resale or sharing of the account.
- Drafts are capped at 3 times the monthly video allowance.
- No automated or scripted use.
Logos and names
- Only upload a logo or company name you have the right to use.
What happens if a rule is broken
- A refused task shows the reason and uses no video.
- Repeated or deliberate breaches can lead to suspension. Lawyer to confirm notice period.
