What is made by AI
- Plans: the SOP text and the video script are written by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude), from the task you describe.
- Voices: narration is synthetic speech from an open-source text-to-speech model (Kokoro). No real person's voice is copied or cloned.
- Characters and scenes: drawn from our own library of cartoon figures. They are toy-like and do not depict any real person.
What a person decides
- You review every plan before a video is made, and you can edit every line. Nothing is rendered until you approve it.
How we check AI output
- An automatic checker tests every plan before you see it: steps match the library, word limits, no placeholders, no invented laws, fines, standards bodies or percentages.
- A safety check refuses tasks listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Limits
- AI can be wrong. An SOP is a training aid, not legal, safety, medical or compliance advice. Check it against your own site rules before use.
Labelling the videos
- Lawyer to confirm whether each video must carry a visible "AI-generated" label (end card or caption), and in which markets. If yes, it is added to the renderer before sales open.
Data sent to the AI provider
- Your task text (after we remove emails, phone numbers, street addresses and links), industry, role and company name. See the Privacy Policy.
