Refund Policy

30 days, no questions

• Ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back in full. No reason needed.
• How to ask: the refund button on your account page, or hello@sopleased.com. You can also contact Link support (the receipt email from Link explains how).
• Refunds are paid through Stripe (Link), our merchant of record, to the original payment method, including any tax you paid. Link emails you a refund receipt.
• A full refund ends the licence, whoever issues it (us, or Link support).

What happens to your account

• Your licence and video allowance end when the refund is approved.
• Your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can download what you made. After that, export only, then deletion. Lawyer to confirm retention period.
• Videos and SOPs you downloaded are yours to keep.

Top-up packs

• Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• Lawyer to confirm: whether a partly used pack is refunded pro rata or not at all.

Chargebacks

• A chargeback ends the licence in the same way as a refund.

If we close the service

• If we close within 24 months of your purchase, we refund the unused months out of 24, pro rata. See Terms section 8. Lawyer to confirm.

Failed videos

• Not a refund matter: a video that fails to render on our side is returned to your allowance automatically.
